Delivery & Returns Information

Search Help
All our stamps have the SG number in the listing title, with very few exceptions. When using the Search, please add SG (or MS where applicable) to the beginning of the number you are searching for. This will help narrow down your search.

Orders - UK only
Orders placed will be dealt with in a timely manor, but not at the expense of your stamps. If you place a large order, it will take longer to package up, than an order with a single stamp. We do however aim to process all orders within 1 working day.
Due to the time and care we like to take whilst packing up orders, we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service.
Orders placed from the Channel Islands will need to select your destination from the Channel Islands delivery option.

International Orders and Delivery
Postage currently to most EU Countries only.
As with any UK Orders, the stamps will be packaged in a timely manor, with care. Orders will be sent using a hard-backed envelope or similar. We may alter the packaging to fit the needs of the delivery option. If you require an invoice, please place your order via the website, and leave before payment is made. You will need to email us requesting an accurate postage price. Please note - this may be More or Less than the postage costs shown.
Were applicable Customs labels will be attached. We will never alter the price on the label. Asking us to do so will result in us canceling the order.
You, the recipient are liable for all/any customs/duty taxes which are due for receiveing your item.

Delivery options - UK only
All orders are packaged in hard backed envelopes, or similar and many will we sent with postage stamps on the front - rather than the post office 'gold labels'
We currently only offer 1 postage option.
Standard Delivery:
Orders up to £9.99 have a postage charge of £1.00 - Sent Royal Mail 2nd Class
Orders over £10.00 now qualify for free UK (only) postage - These will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Orders of £20.00-£49.99 have a postage charge of £0.00 - Sent Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Signed For'
Orders from £50.00-500.00 have a postage cost of £0.00 - Sent Royal Mail Special Delivery
We currently are not processing single orders of more than £500.00

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 28 days in which to return the item/s to us for a refund.  Please contact us directly within the 28 days, before posting any returns.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in, with approprate packaging to protect the stamps when returning the items. Any item that has been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return

Once we have received your item, we will then arrange to either refund you using the original payment method. We will issue your refund within 7 days of receiving the items back.
Please note, that we do not refund original postage costs if we are refunding a partial order.

Any returns are at your own cost. We recommend a signed for or tracked service, covering the value of the returned goods, and when using Royal Mail, remember to request a "Certificate of Postage" when you pay for your postage at a Post office.
